Reservations

• Rentals are on a 24 hour basis except for the last day when the unit is due by 11:00 am.
• There is a 3 day minimum.
• A complete vehicle introduction is provided.
• Rentals must be picked up Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm.
• A $200.00 deposit is required for each motorhome.
• All rentals are non-smoking.
• No pets allowed in rental units.
  

Cancellation Charges
Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of the reservation date will receive one half of the deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days will forfeit full deposit.

Security
A deposit of $500.00 is required for each motorhome rented. The deposit will be refunded when an inspection of the unit is completed after your return.

Payments
All charges are to be paid in advance before departure, including estimated mileage charge. No personal checks will be accepted on day of departure. Cash, Certified Check, Master Card, Visa or Discover will be accepted.

Driving Requirements
Driver must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver's license.

Repairs
If repairs are necessary on the road, we ask that you call first for authorization. If you do not receive authorization, we can not reimburse your expense. Please save all receipts and old parts.

Returns
Units are to be cleaned and waste holding tanks are to be dumped. If they are not, there are the following charges for motorhomes:

• Cleaning - $75.00
• Dumping - $10.00
