For five decades, Alpin Haus has grown into an outdoor recreation powerhouse now with six store locations in Amsterdam, Port Jervis, Saratoga, Clifton Park, and Oak Ridge, NJ, featuring a full-line of RVs, snowmobiles, skis, boats, pools, and spas. Alpin Haus is one of America’s largest RV dealers – named top five RV dealer by RV Business Magazine; Top 25 Tracker Boats dealer; the Snow Sports Retailer of the Year; National Top Quality RV Dealer of the Year; the Ski-Doo District Dealer of the Year; and voted one of the Best Places to Work by Capital District Business Review numerous years.
Our History
In 1964, a small family-owned business opened its doors in Amsterdam, NY. Alpin Haus started as a ski shop with one full time employee and a handful of helpers.
Today, Alpin Haus is one of the leading outdoor recreational retailers in the northeast and employs over 200 people across our six locations in the Capital District, downstate NY, and northern NJ. Since the first store opened, Alpin Haus has become the place to go for recreational vehicles, snowmobiles, personal watercrafts, ski and snowboard clothing, boats, pools, spas, and patio furniture.
